Accredited Employer Work Visa support with IDEA Services

The Accredited Employer Work Visa (AEWV) is a temporary work visa issued by Immigration New Zealand (INZ) that allows a migrant to live and work in New Zealand for a specific employer who is accredited under the scheme.

While IDEA Services is an Accredited Employer, we currently have very limited availability to provide Accredited Employer Work Visa (AEWV) support.

To be eligible for consideration, you must first ensure you meet the current Immigration New Zealand (INZ) requirements, which can be found on the New Zealand Immigration website. Please check your eligibility before applying.

Our minimum qualification requirement for AEWV support is a Level 4 Health and Wellbeing Certificate (or equivalent).

Additionally, we are only considering applications from candidates who are already based in New Zealand.

We understand that location constraints can be challenging. If you plan to relocate and establish residence in New Zealand, you are welcome to reapply once you are in the country.

IDEA Services’ ability to accept AEWV applicants depends on the current workforce needs within each geographic location. In most areas, we are unable to progress AEWV applications due to sufficient applications from New Zealand citizens and residents, who we are obligated to prioritise under Immigration NZ requirements.

Please note:

  • The standard processing time for AEWV applications may be slightly longer than for New Zealand resident or citizen applications, as we rely on both you and Immigration New Zealand, and these timeframes are outside our control.
  • IDEA Services does not process “blanket” applications; you must apply for a specific vacancy in your preferred location.
  • All current vacancies are listed on our careers website. We do not accept applications via email.
  • We are not permitted to provide immigration advice about individual circumstances. If you are unsure about your eligibility or the visa process, please seek guidance from a licensed immigration advisor.
